Spicy Large Shrimp with Green Goddess Dressing and Soft Tacos

Try these fresh tacos with a delicious and intriguing taste profile.
Serves 4 people.
Dressing
- 3 dl Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 25 g roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- Flaky salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Shrimp
- 400 g large cooked shrimp, thawed from frozen
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ tsp dried cumin
- ½ tsp dried paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Flaky salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Accompaniments
- ½ head of cabbage
- 2 avocados
- 12 small tortillas
- Fresh cilantro (coriander)
This is the way To make it...
Method
- Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor or mini chopper and blend together. Season the dressing with flaky salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Toss the shrimp with crushed garlic, the dry spices, and salt and pepper.
- Finely slice the cabbage.
- Cut the avocados into long slices.
- Heat up the plancha (griddle).
- Brush the griddle with oil.
- Put the shrimp on the grill plate and grill them at high heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Warm the tortillas on each side.
- Put cabbage in the tortillas, then add avocado and shrimp and finish with green goddess dressing and fresh cilantro.
