Some of our accessories are dishwasher-safe, but not all. For example, our pizza stones must not be placed in the dishwasher. You can find a cleaning guide under our pizza stone section. Detailed cleaning instructions for each product are provided in the respective user manuals.
Please contact your retailer. All products delivered to your home are shipped directly from the retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with transport damages.

Yes, Cozze outdoor kitchens are designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, we recommend covering them when not in use to prolong their lifespan and keep them in top condition. We do not recommend using your outdoor kitchen in heavy rain or snow for safety reasons and to avoid damage. Always make sure the cooking area is dry and clean before use.
Yes, you can store it outside year-round, but we highly recommend using a cover to protect it from harsh weather, especially during winter months. There can be several reasons why a pizza stone breaks. The most common cause is a sudden change in temperature. Please always allow the stone to cool down overnight to ensure it is completely cold inside. Another reason could be that the stone has absorbed too much moisture, often due to contact with water or excessive liquids. You can contact us or the retailer where you purchased your oven to file a complaint about the stone.
We recommend replacing the hose and regulator every 5 years or sooner if there are visible signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Always follow local safety regulations and ensure the replacement parts are compatible with your Cozze product.
