Serves 1-2 People

  • Pesto
  • Portobello Mushrooms
  • Sausage
  • Thyme
  • Mozarella
  • Pear

Method

Everybody love a white pizza, and especially this fresh made version where you cmbine the best of everything into a magic slice of heaven. Here is the way to make it.

Start by making a dough, or buy some from your local pizza-pusher. When you’re ready to start the creation, turn on the pizza oven at the highest heat level. In this case we used the 17″ cozze electric oven, and the oven need to preheat for at least 15-20 minutes to get to the right temperature. Prepare your ingredients by slicing them in nice sizes, and roll out your dough on a flat surface. As this is a white pizza, you do not use any tomato sauce or pizza sauce on the dough.

Instead spread pesto on the flattened dough.

Place the pears, mushrooms & other ingredients on the dough.

Bake for a couple of minutes to your desired readiness.

Enjoy the pizza!
