This is the way To make it...
Method
• Start by preheating your combo plancha-grill.
• Finely chop the onion and garlic and place in a small bowl.
• In a mixing bowl, combine the beans with their liquid and the spices.
• Toss the beef with a little olive oil, pressed garlic, and spices. Season with salt and pepper.
• Halve the avocados.
• Thinly slice the cabbage.
• Dice the cucumber.
• Halve the cherry tomatoes.
• Cut the lime into wedges.
• Place the beef on the grill section of your combo.
• Add oil to the plancha and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
• Add the beans and let the liquid reduce.
• Season the refried beans with salt and pepper to taste.
• Assemble 4 bowls with the vegetables, beef slices, and refried beans.
