Christmas spiced grilled pork with honey glazed Brussels sprouts fresh pear and hazelnuts

A cozy winter dish with spiced pork and sweet Brussels sprouts
Serves 4 People.
Pork
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed in a mortar
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp flake salt
Brussels sprouts
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp flake salt
Other
- 1 pear
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts
- Grated orange zest
This is the way To make it...
Method
• Place the meat in a dish and coat it with the spices brown sugar and salt.
• Trim the Brussels sprouts and place them in a bowl.
• Toss the sprouts with mustard honey olive oil fresh rosemary and flake salt.
• Slice the pear into thin wedges.
• Heat the plancha plate.
• Place the meat on the grill and the Brussels sprouts on the plancha plate.
• When the pork is cooked through and the sprouts are golden divide everything onto four plates.
• Toast the hazelnuts briefly on the plancha plate.
• Add the toasted hazelnuts and pear slices on top and finish with a little grated orange zest if desired.
