How do you get a crispy pizza crust in a pizza oven?

To get a crispy pizza crust, your pizza oven needs to be fully preheated to high temperatures. Use a well-fermented dough, avoid too much sauce, and bake the pizza quickly at high heat. Turning the pizza during baking and using the right flour will also help create a perfectly crispy crust.

What is the difference between a pizza oven and a regular oven?

A pizza oven reaches much higher temperatures than a regular oven, allowing pizza to cook in just 90–120 seconds. This results in a crispier crust and better texture. A regular oven typically cannot replicate the same heat or deliver the same authentic pizza results.

If you want to achieve true pizza oven performance at home, explore Cozze’s wide range of pizza ovens and find the model that fits your outdoor cooking needs.

How do you clean a gas grill?

Cleaning a gas grill is simple if done regularly. After each use, it’s recommended to “burn off” food residue by leaving the grill on highheat for around 10–15 minutes. This helps reduce buildup and makes cleaning easier.

Once the grill has completely cooled and the gas supply is turned off, you can clean the grill grates with a brush and wash surfaces with mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the materials.

For deeper cleaning, remove food residue from the interior and ensure that burners and openings are free from blockages. Always handle components carefully and make sure everything is completely dry before using the grill again.

For detailed step-by-step instructions and maintenance guidelines, read the Cozze user manual for your gas grill.

Can you use a pizza oven indoors?

Whether you can use a pizza oven indoors depends on the type of pizza oven. Gas-powered pizza ovens are designed for outdoor use only, as they require proper ventilation and can reach very high temperatures.

However, the Cozze Premium Electric Pizza Ovens are approved for indoor use. These models are specifically designed for safe indoor cooking when used according to the instructions in the user manual. This includes both the 13" models (90446, 90881, 90882, 90883) and the 17" models (90448, 90886, 90887, 90888).

Always make sure to follow the recommended safety distances and guidelines provided in the manual for your specific pizza oven.
